SF Event, March 12th from 6-8pm
Hello!
Just a quick note to let you know that I’m putting on my advanced version of “How To Network Like a Pro” workshop in San Francisco on March 12th. Don’t worry if you haven’t been to the intro- it’s designed to stand on its own. I’d love to see you there! And feel free to send me your burning networking questions ahead of time if you’d like.

My walk of shame
Remember in college when a “walk of shame” was actually kind of awesome? You know… walking across the quad on a Sunday morning in the outfit you wore Saturday night because you spent the night with your boyfriend, girlfriend, or crush?
I just had one of those weeks where I was in a kind of walk of shame, but it didn’t feel good at all. It wasn’t the result of some fun evening or spontaneous experience, and it’s been feeling kind of crappy.

My control freak freak-out
Well……….
I’ve been dealing with some really frustrating situations in the past few days that have been serious time wasters. I’m one of those people that can’t stand “wasting time.” I don’t arrive to the airport super early, I can’t stand waiting for the bus for more than a few minutes (one reason why I LOVE riding my bike), and want to rip my hair out when the BART train is running behind schedule

One quick tip for tapping into your intuition
Hey again…
It’s funny. My posts always comes out on Wednesdays, and often, I know exactly what I want to talk about because it is something that has been on my mind. Today I was feeling a little stumped. I wondered, “Will it come to me if I make a cup of tea?” or, “Should I walk around the block?”
I realized that what I was doing was asking myself what would open up my intuition and give me that spark of an idea (because I knew starting at the screen

Starting off the New Year in your power!
Happy New Year~
I hope you had a fun celebration to ring in 2014! I spent a couple of days near Yosemite with good friends and enjoyed relaxing and being in nature. Now that I’m home, I’ve been thinking a lot about what I want in 2014, but the truth is, I haven’t actually made any resolutions. Though I know that I would like to take the time to reflect on what I want in the coming year, both personally and in my business, what I’ve been thinking about more is how to start the new year off in my power.

Fear is just a sign of how bad you want it
Hi again, I wanted to share a story with you that I thought might resonate with your own experience of fear. A few days ago I was hanging out with one of my best friends who I know for some time has been really unhappy in her job. To say that she is over-worked and...
